Steady Stride

Steady Stride is a community education session about moving with more confidence and feeling steadier on your feet. We look at simple home setup, footwear, lighting, and “slow down at transitions” habits. There is a gentle, confidence-building movement practice — not a gym class. You will leave with ideas you can use at home the same day.

  • Simple ways to feel more stable when standing, turning, and walking
  • Home setup ideas that make rooms easier to move through
  • Footwear, lighting, and “slow down at transitions” habits
  • Confidence-building movement practice, not a gym class
  • How to ask for help without feeling embarrassed
